Houseplant 'The Colored One'

Mooris is particularly fond of the plants from 'Frida Verde', as Frida maintains personal contact with her suppliers and has visited many of the nurseries from which her plants originate. Knowing where the plants come from is very important to Frida.

For you today: The colorful one! It is actually called arrowroot or Maranta Leuconeura, a plant that is not so easy to care for - but its wonderfully patterned leaves are worth the effort, I promise!

Choosing the right spot is not quite so easy: the tropical plant needs similar conditions to its natural habitat in order to thrive. In our latitudes, I recommend a bright bathroom or conservatory.
