Lounger 'Soft Pad Chair EA 222' in leather -10 %

The model and the cryptic name 'EA 222' is a comfortable armchair of the 'Soft Pad' family, designed by Charles and Ray Eames. Its prestigious appearance reminds me a little of the dignified furniture from 'Mad Men'. And indeed, this association is not so far off, because the swivel chairs were designed as early as 1969.

But now for the hard facts: The tilting mechanism can be adjusted to the user's weight and offers a high degree of comfort in combination with the soft upholstery. The sewn-on cushions create an interesting contrast to the slim aluminium profile without losing transparency and clarity.
