Shipping costs

We ship free of charge within Switzerland.

Please make sure that the destination is easily accessible or directly accessible with the specified shipping method. Stairlift, special transports etc. will be charged. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will ship your desired item by parcel or with our partner shipping company. On the product page is always indicated how your desired product is delivered.

Postal service:
Shipping by Planzer Paket.

Parcel shipping

The shipping is free of charge via Planzer Paket service.

 

Shipping company:
Our furniture supplier will contact you by email or SMS with a link to arrange the delivery date. Please check beforehand that the purchased product will fit the place of use, access to the room or place is guaranteed and assembly can be carried out. In case of uncertainty or questions, please contact our support [email protected] / +41 43 311 02 02.

Your order will be delivered free of charge to your curb.

Your order will be delivered by a two-man team to the place of use.

Delivery and assembly

Your order will be delivered to the place of use and assembled there.

 

Upon delivery of your new furniture, we will gladly take back your old furniture for a fee and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. This service has to be announced to our support in advance: Tell us what kind of furniture you want us to dispose of, indicating the dimensions and whether disassembly is necessary ([email protected] / +41 43 311 02 02). After your message we will inform you about the costs and the procedure.

Delivery time

Delivery time

You can see the delivery time for each individual item on the respective product page. If several items with different delivery times are ordered, they will be combined into one delivery if the delivery times are similar. If the delivery times differ too much, available items will be sent to you in advance at our expense.

In some cases delays may occur. After 30 days of delay you can cancel the sale.

All products that Mooris has in stock you can recognize by the speeding truck. Products marked in this way will be on their way to your home within one working day. 

Transport damage and complaints

Transport damages and complaints

Your order will be carefully packed in our house and checked for shipment. Nevertheless, damage that may occur during transport can not be ruled out. Therefore, we ask you to immediately upon receipt of your delivery to check the goods for completeness and any transport damage with care.

 

What to do in case of transport damage?

If despite all care a transport damage occurred, sign the delivery bill with the remark "under reserve". Please document the damage with the help of photos of the damaged goods and the packaging. Report the damage to us within 24 hours in writing or by telephone at [email protected] / +41 43 311 02 02.

 Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The return costs are at your expense. Contact our support to apply your right of withdrawal: [email protected] / +41 43 311 02 02.

Please note that some items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Reasons for this are hygiene (swimwear, underwear) or custom-made products. You will find this information on the product page under the items "Hygiene" or "Customized".

Payment

Payment

You can pay on Mooris.ch via credit card, PayPal, Twint, Postcard, Postfinance or on account.

Credit card

Mooris.ch accepts Visa and MasterCard. If you select one of these providers on the payment page, we will redirect you to the payment page of our payment service provider Datatrans. The input of your data is done via a secure website with secure SSL encryption. On the payment page, please enter your card number, expiration date and check digits (CVV). You can find the check digits on the back of your credit card.

After entering your credit card details, you will be asked for your 3D Secure password. Please make sure that your credit card is already registered for 3D Secure. After entering your 3D Secure password, the payment process is completed and you will receive the order confirmation from Mooris by e-mail.

PayPal

If you complete your order on Mooris.ch with PayPal, we will redirect you to the PayPal payment page. You need an account with PayPal. Log in with your personal PayPal access data and trigger the payment via your account.

Twint

When you pay with Twint, we will automatically redirect you to the Twint payment page. You can immediately scan the barcode with your Twint app and complete the order. After completion, you will be automatically redirected back to Mooris.ch and receive your order confirmation.

Postfinance

If you complete your order on Mooris.ch with Postfinance, we will automatically redirect you to the payment page of Postfinance. Log in with your personal Postfinance ID and enter the given number code into your card reader. After completion, you will be automatically redirected back to Mooris.ch and receive your order confirmation.

Postcard

If you pay with Postcard, we will automatically redirect you to the payment page of Postfinance. Enter your personal ID and card number. After completion, you will be automatically redirected back to Mooris.ch and receive your order confirmation.

Invoice

For payment by invoice, an additional fee of CHF 5 will be charged for invoice processing. If you choose to pay by invoice, you will be asked to verify your phone number before completing your order. Mooris.ch will send you a three-digit code to the given number, which you will then enter on the payment page to complete the order. You can download the invoice as a PDF file immediately after completing your order. In addition, we will send it to you by mail.
