'Bee Hive' is a lamp that exudes both luxury and minimalist elegance. It was conceived by Harrit Sørensen for the Danish lighting manufacturer Le Klint.
The lampshade is made of hand-folded paper and the frame is made of oiled light oak.
The materials and manufacture of the lamp are in keeping with contemporary demands for sustainability, modest use of materials, long life, and the ability to repair the lamp if necessary. Needless to say, I am particularly fond of this!
'Bee Hive' is available in two different sizes. The larger version with its height of 47 cm is also suitable as a floor lamp. The smaller version makes itself particularly well on a sideboard, a bedside table or even in an open shelf.
