I have to say: Ingo Maurer has great ideas! What he comes up with around the topic of light always amazes me. If you're looking for creative lighting solutions, you've come to the right place.
'Yoruba Rose' is one of the fascinating organic paper constructions from the 'MaMo Nouchies' series. It is a light object that enchants with perfection and grace. The paper sheet is stretched almost circularly on light metal wires and strives upwards. The harmonious expression of the model and the extremely pleasant light make it the ideal light source in rooms where one wants to come to rest.
Like all lamps of the 'MaMo Nouchies' series, the shade is made of Japanese paper, which is elaborately processed in several steps in Dagmar Mombach's manufactory. Inside the lamp is an LED module with heat sink. The light is warm and soft and can hardly be distinguished from conventional halogen light.
By the way, this rose has no place in the bathroom: 'Yoruba Rose' is not suitable for rooms with high humidity, for example bathrooms, as this reduces the tension of the paper.
