Paolo Rizzatto presented the Costanza floor lamp, probably the best-known and most successful product for the Italian lighting manufacturer Luceplan.
With nonchalance, the lamp fits into any context: absolutely natural and yet with high standards of aesthetics and simplicity.
The lamp features a polycarbonate shade supported by the height-adjustable aluminum structure at just two support points. I like that this swings easily and beautifully when bumped without falling off. In addition, I can adjust the brightness very finely with the help of the sensor switch on the lamp head. I always find this particularly important, because every mood and every need requires its own light and brightness.
A design classic, but definitely one with a lot of charm and independence, which can be accommodated both in the living room and bedroom, as well as somewhat more unconventional in the children's room.
