The clever containers are made of enameled cast iron and were inspired by the rugged nature of Zeeland. The rough textures and beautiful imperfections show what is real and what is true. From the deep gray of the mystical North Sea, each piece tells a story.
The glaze layer creates small irregularities that are entirely in keeping with the wabi-sabi feel that Sergio Herman intended with this project.
The grill pan is suitable for both the stove and the oven. For example, you can roast first and then put the pan and its contents straight into the oven to continue roasting.
