Fritz Hansen brings us a new comfort for outdoor furniture with its modular lounge series 'Tradtition'. It was designed by Povl B. Eskildsen and made from the best certified teak. The designer was inspired by traditional spindle furniture and the chair design of days gone by. The result is simple, beautiful outdoor furniture suitable for indoor use that captures the essence of Danish design tradition.
The wooden frame of the lounge is shaped using special techniques to preserve the natural beauty of the wood and its strength and beauty. The attention to detail and precision craftsmanship is also evident in the finger-jointed joints, concealed joints & wood grains, which ensure a timeless design, durability and comfort, as do the high-quality filling and hard-wearing cover fabric.
The cushions dry particularly quickly and the textile covers can be removed and cleaned.
The armchair in the range looks just as good on its own as it adds another sociable element to the lounge. With its lovingly crafted spindle backrest and attractive armrests, it is incredibly comfortable and inviting. And also looks great when placed indoors!
