The Swiss brand Manufakt is one of my absolute favorites. For over 30 years, all of its furniture—including its signature cast-iron legs—has been crafted using traditional artisanal methods. Welded, bent, sanded, lacquered, powder-coated, cast. Minor variations are therefore inevitable.
The chairs in the Model 7 series stand out for their timeless design, high stability, and durability.
The frames are made of hot-dip galvanized round tubing. The seat and backrest are covered with PVC slats. This makes the chairs completely weather-resistant, so you can leave them outside without worry. They’ll just shrug off a summer thunderstorm.
When the chairs aren’t in use, you can stack them easily—which I find particularly practical. Note, however, that you’ll need a stacking stand for four or more chairs.
The PVC slats are available in various RAL colors. You’re sure to find your favorite color here.
The Genf Classic Table is inspired by the lightness of the Genf chair model and serves as its counterpart as a garden table.
The molded tabletop rests on a hot-dip galvanized frame.
