The young Zurich-based label is dedicated to the production of simple everyday furniture that can be integrated into many living situations thanks to its filigree lightness. The balance between small-scale craftsmanship and individuality of expression plays an important role in their designs.
The Kitanda bed is a prime example of this. Its filigree steel frame is supported by four equally reduced feet not far above the floor. Painted in simple black, this bed is a must for every purist.
The frame already comes with a lime wood base and a thin tatami mat as mattress support. So you don't need an extra slatted frame, just your mattress.
