Trinity Citrus Basket by Alessi

The mollusk “Nautilus” inspired the dynamic and highly rhythmic design language of the “Trinity” citrus basket, which was designed by Adam Cornish. With his design, the designer sought to capture an aspect of nature using modern industrial manufacturing processes. The shape is created by laser-cutting the sheet steel, which is then profiled using a mechanical process.
