Jute and wool—a new material combination in our rug collection—is a rug that was designed and manufactured with a commitment to the responsible use of resources.

Jute is a plant-based raw material that was selected for its durability and eco-friendly properties. It is sourced locally in India, where it is grown, processed, and spun into yarn before being woven by hand.

Since the jute and some of the wool are left undyed, fewer dyes, less water, and less energy are required.
