Unique kilim 'Blur'

The Blur carpet collection by the Nanimarquina label was designed by the famous Bouroullec brothers. Their tireless eye for accuracy and their courage to always go one step further pays off and ends in incomparable home objects.

When I look at the Blur rug from a distance, there is a vague, fuzzy surface that gives the collection its name. The closer I get, the clearer lines and rhythmic diamonds in various proportions become.

This blurred effect was achieved by reversing the traditional weave. An intricate process that causes the lines to blur, thus mixing two colors unevenly.
