Richard Lampert Santa Lucia rattan chair

The Richard Lampert Santa Lucia rattan chair is beautiful at your dining room table, in the kitchen, but also in the living room, on the terrace, in a café or in a restaurant!

The well-known furniture designer and interior architect Herbert Hirche and his team created the design for this elegant armchair in 1956. He designed the interior and two chairs with the same name as the Italian restaurant for the first pizzeria and trattoria "Santa Lucia" in Stuttgart in 1969.

Although the seat shell was woven, the chair is architectural and yet just a touch romantic. The wickerwork made of easy-care, gray-beige polyethylene synthetic fiber is outdoor-resistant and forms the backrest as well as the seat. It is also available in natural rattan. The base frame with four slim tubular steel legs is powder-coated white to match the natural rattan. The synthetic fiber seat is elegantly powder-coated black. The backrest has a sweeping shape so that it doubles as an armrest. For more comfort, the seat cushion is optionally available with a "salt and pepper" cover.

The 73 cm high, 43 cm wide and 40 cm deep armchair with a seat height of 45 cm was manufactured by the successful German company Richard Lampert and has been in series production since the 1990s.

Please note that the color of the rattan varies because it is natural wood.
