Daybed 'PK80' in leather

What have we learned about the designer Poul Kjærholm? Correct: The Danish designer has a preference for the daring material combination of steel and natural fabrics.

His passion is also evident in the PK80 daybed, where steel is combined with leather.

The 'PK80' is the embodiment of Poul Kjærholm's talent for refining historical models and distilling the design down to its essence. The daybed is inspired by a sofa designed by Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich in 1930.

Today, this Daybed can be found in the Museum of Modern Art and around the world as a celebrated illustration of craftsmanship and modern design.

The Daybed is a classy piece that I can recommend to you as an eye-catcher for the living room or even for a large bedroom.

Besides this leather covered version, you can also find the one with canvas fabric in my shop.
