Drawer tower 'Sutoa' with object character

I love it when a piece of furniture becomes an object and vice versa. That's what happened with this tower of drawers called Sutoa. Which, by the way, means 'contain' or 'confine' in Japanese.

Visually, it is reminiscent of those storage systems that make use of the nesting principle. Only here it appears a bit more relaxed and therefore also more airy. The base is a dark steel frame, which is complemented with drawers made of solid oak or walnut. By the way, the drawers can all be placed one inside the other. Clever, isn't it?

These size differences are also what bring out the gradation in the furniture. Thanks to small wheels, the drawers run smoothly in the frame, giving you storage space.
