Roots 160 is the essence of Karup design DNA: you not only get a sofa, but also a double bed with the option of folding up a comfortable backrest so that you can recline on it as if rooted to the floor. Wood: The knots in our natural wood furniture are the individual characteristics and appearance of each piece of furniture. No two pieces look the same. You can expect the natural wood surfaces to change over time if they are permanently exposed to the climate, sunlight and fluctuations in humidity.

Care instructions

General wood care: Do not place any hot objects on the furniture, do not place candles directly on the furniture, wipe off any spilled liquids immediately with a damp cloth, check regularly that the screws and fittings are tight.
Fabric: Our linen fabric is a mixture of 75% cotton and 25% linen. Linen is a natural raw material that requires special care. Linen does not tolerate water. If your futon with a linen cover gets wet, stains can occur. Therefore, make sure that you do not clean with water. Use an undyed cloth to dry the area by dabbing the wet stain.
