Mademoiselle' is a restrained, light, almost delicate armchair that has been modestly classy since 1956 and fills the living room and bedroom. Just as it should be for a real mademoiselle.

The designer Ilmari Tapiovaara was inspired by traditional Finnish chairs when designing the 'Mademoiselle' and then applied his own modern design approach. Made of solid birch, the armchair was specially designed for the living area. The back of the memory, manufactured in a centuries-old design, contrasts strikingly with the soft curves of the seat edge.
