With a vision that stems from unbridled curiosity, Vincent Van Duysen always creates an overall atmosphere, seamlessly combining architecture, interiors and design objects. This was also the case when he was allowed to convert the convent of the former military hospital in Antwerp into a hotel. For the terrace, he designed the Outdoor collection, a series of minimalist chairs that effortlessly combine the past of the location with a modern interpretation.
The collection is made of aluminum and is available with a black or grey-green powder coating. This makes it suitable for both indoors and outdoors. The chairs, lounge chair and table breathe the pure simplicity of monastic life, their source of inspiration. However, the wider, slightly lower proportions have a contemporary feel and ensure modern comfort.
