The BT1091 Confetti pendant lights were designed by Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup. The prolific Danish architects designed the double pendant as part of a series of geometrically inspired luminaires completed in 1970. The Confetti pendant lights - available in polished brass or lacquered steel - have slender, conical shades that complement the functionalist shapes of the other two lights in the series. All three designs are fitted with a half-mirror bulb, which is lower than the shade and was chosen by Bonderup and Thorup for its light-reflecting properties.
