Behind the Finnish label Secto Design there are not only two related souls, but also a lot of respect for northern wood and clear Scandinavian design. Tuula Jusélius, the founder, and Seppo Koho, the designer, started their cooperation by designing and manufacturing innovative wooden furniture. However, they quickly realised that their customers were missing a crucial piece of the puzzle: a beautiful wooden lamp.
This was the birth of the lamp series, which also includes the floor lamp Owalo. It is a slender, elegant but warm-hearted luminaire that is perfect as a reading light next to the armchair or as an accent in the living room. The simple lampshade made of moulded birch hangs from a fine metal handle, which refracts the light so wonderfully softly.
Each lamp is handmade in Finland with great care and craftsmanship.
