The furniture designers Johannes Foersom and Peter Hiort-Lorenzen are known as Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen. They have had their own design studio since the late 1970s and are today considered 'the grand old men' of Danish furniture design.
They attach great importance to good and solid craftsmanship in combination with a high degree of functionality.
All these qualities are also visible in their A87 Butler chest of drawers. Especially the access holes of the drawers have been created here in a truly artistic way.
The six drawers sit in a corpus, which in turn stands on slightly outwardly inclined feet.
