"La Cintura di Orione" Shallow Casserole by Alessi

The shallow pot with two handles is part of the reissue of the “La Cintura di Orione” series designed by Richard Sapper. It is made of a three-layer material (outer layer of magnetic AISI 430 steel + thick aluminum core + inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel), which, thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity, makes it particularly versatile and easy to clean. The “La Cintura di Orione” collection was created in collaboration with six renowned top chefs from around the world.
