Bread knife with mountain panorama

As of today, I'm going all out: The rustic cutting boards and knives from 'Panorama Knife' are here!

I had to grin a little at the sight of this knife with mountain panorama. 'I wonder what it can do', I thought, and then let the noble piece glide through my rye bread. Oh yes! It can!

The fact that the knife turned out so super sharp is a bit of a coincidence, by the way. Panorama Knife' together with the company Klötzli Messerschmiede in Burgdorf decided to grind a little deeper into the steel to make it look like snow on the mountains. The result is not only the look of finest powder snow, but also a super sharp cutting tool. Please start carefully and gently. Talk to your knife, - then it will not hurt you.

The 'Panorama Knives' are - like most common bread knives - made of stainless blade steel 42 (Molybdenum/Vanadium) DIN No 1.4116 hardened to 54-55 HRC (Rockwell C hardness). The blade is blue polished, the handle is made of walnut. The rivets are made of aluminium.

To keep the wooden handles feeling supple for a long time, I strongly recommend you to wash them by hand.
