Eames Wool Blanket

The famous designer couple Charles & Ray Eames have created patterns and textile designs in addition to countless furniture. Among them is the 'Dot Pattern'. The large-scale composition of crosses and circles has references to Ray Eames' abstract paintings from the 1930s.

This blanket was created in 1947 in connection with an exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
