Alessi La Stanza dello Scirocco Table Centerpiece

This table centerpiece was designed by Marco Trimarchi. “La Stanza dello Scirocco” is a collection of objects for various rooms, such as the kitchen and living room, inspired by the abstract and still atmosphere of a magical place: a room in the grand country estates of Sicily, where one retreats from the oppressive heat while waiting for the scirocco to subside. It is a windowless room where one can do nothing but reflect on the wind that, outside, sets everything earthly in motion.

The result is a collection of geometrically irregular objects, composed of small fragments of varying sizes that intertwine in a seemingly unstable balance.
