I was particularly taken with the 'Fox Chair' with its striking curves. You can even leave it outside during a spontaneous summer shower. All this thanks to the material aluminium rattan, from which the outdoor collection from 'Sika' is made. The furniture consists of a stable aluminium frame wrapped in artfibre. The material is also absolutely easy to clean.
The furniture by Vigo Boesen is a design from the 1930s and was reissued in 2014 by 'Sika Design'. The organic design was far ahead of its time at that time, the design from 1936 received several awards.
Since 1950, 'Sika Design' has been creating handmade furniture with comfort and quality in sustainable processes. The traditionally manufactured wicker furniture contains the knowledge of generations and its fame has already brought it to hotels, restaurants or cruise ships all over the world.
