50s Icon: Armchair 'Caryngo'

'Caryngo' - a name derived from the names of its two creators, Carl Malmsten and Yngve Ekström, - is the result of a rare collaboration between the greatest duo in Swedish furniture design of the 1950s.While Malmsten initiated the design, Ekström was responsible for the details.

'Caryngo' is a gritty armchair that you can probably see the Scandinavian design aesthetic of the fifties.

The oak frame is met by supple saddle leather in a light natural tone or black.

Use the seating furniture alone in the living room or in the bedroom. Or combine two of the armchairs to form your sofa in the spacious living room.
