Børge Mogensen was one of the most influential designers in Denmark and founder of the company Fredericia. His designs are important representatives of the Scandinavian style and today, as then, timeless, simple and beautiful.
His desire to create everyday objects that would last for generations was arguably the origin of the Mogensen table series named after him.
The iconic Shaker table was designed in 1964, with the premium choice of solid oak being the highlight.
It is available with one or two additional tops that extend the tabletop by 40 cm at each end.
The extension tops are each painted black, creating a great contrast between the tops.
