Finally, the design gods have heard us and conceived and created my favourite alternative for the bedside table - the Ulmer stool - as a fully-fledged piece of occasional furniture. Fresh from the manufacture of 'Wb Form', the design classic by Max Bill with drawer is now available.
The proportions, the design and the choice of materials are all based on the original. The small and necessary things have their place in the narrow drawer. The drawer runs on two additional wooden rods, similar to the typical crossbar of the stool, but here not visible and locked with wooden dowels. Everything completely without screws.
Of course the drawer stool can also be used as a seat without hesitation.
