Card game 'The Therapy Set'

These sixty cards have been developed by an experienced and qualified therapist to help us explore our psychological and emotional states in a compassionate and safe space. Divided into four categories - Experiences, Feelings, Relationships and Childhood - each card contains questions and reflections on specific themes that mirror the process of therapy and take us on a journey to ourselves.

The therapy set includes a comprehensive booklet with an introduction to the therapeutic process, how to use the cards and further information. This title can initiate change and be a good companion during therapy, but will of course not replace it.
