Usually the Zurich textile design studio ZigZagZurich shows us beautiful bed linen, soft blankets and colourful patterns. But today there is a little news: a hand-woven, round carpet made of jute.
For this piece of handicraft the creative makers of 'ZigZagZurich' have discovered a small hand weaving mill in the remote hills of Andalusia, which makes the colourful carpet Balade with much love.
The mix of jute and cotton makes the carpet look wonderfully cheerful. By the way, the woven cotton comes from remnants of nearby textile factories.
A colourful eye-catcher for the parlour, the children's room or now in summer even the loggia.
