I've been looking for a subtle, hand-woven rug for a long time and finally found it at 'Massimo Copenhagen'. In two subdued colors and four different sizes, I finally get to introduce it to you today.
The new series of kilim rugs from 'Space Copenhagen for Massimo' focuses on muted hues and a natural feel. The designer's desire was to create a modern collection of minimal but tactile and handmade rugs with subtle details to support and enhance the warmth and softness, but also the in-betweenness and ambiance in a modern home.
The 'Escape' collection is all about immersion in the traditional techniques of kilim weaving. All rugs in the collection are hand-woven in India from natural yarns, without bleach or dyes, making them more robust, easy to clean and durable.
