The great lamp that shines towards you here belongs to the 'Bianca' lamp family. Depending on the size, you can either place it directly on the floor or on the table.
The lamps are characterized by a white, spherical lampshade. This is made of mouth-blown glass, which is painted with a milk-white lacquer and has a satin finish. The delicate groove pattern adorns the outer surface and is reminiscent of tracks in fresh snow.
What is very special about this family of lamps is the mouth-blown and fixed glass. The shape is in fact a challenge even for the most skilled glass artist, as no additional auxiliary tools are used in the modelling of the mass - as in Venetian production. It relies exclusively on the craftsmanship and lung power of the master.
