A little bit reminds me the head of the lamp series Ray of a nut. To bite the table lamp looks of course also still. I particularly like the combination of oak wood and steel, which creates a beautifully innovative contrast.
The Danish design studio Pederjessen has taken a strong aesthetic reference to Nordic minimalism and materials in the collection The Ray. Despite this, only a small amount of energy is used.
The wooden spherical bowl is fixed inside the steel shell with a magnet, so that the user can position the light beam in any direction.
The table lamp looks great on the console in the hallway or next to the bed for reading.
