Sjöstrand's machines are made of stainless steel for durability, and the coffees are 100% organic, fair trade, and climate-positive, packaged in compostable capsules made of plant fibers. In addition, the label provides climate compensation with the help of 'Vi-Agroforestry', an organization that plants trees and fights poverty.

The espresso machine has a high-pressure 19 bar pump that, along with hot water at the right temperature, ensures that all the flavors and aromas are highlighted in a perfect balance.
