The creators wanted to change the coffee industry and create a company that not only focuses on good taste, but also on protecting the environment.
Sjöstrand's machines are made of stainless steel for durability, and the coffees are 100% organic, fair trade, and climate-positive, packaged in compostable capsules made of plant fibers. In addition, the label provides climate compensation with the help of 'Vi-Agroforestry', an organization that plants trees and fights poverty.

'N°1' is a dark roasted espresso with a smoky nuance of dark chocolate and a savory and rich aftertaste.
'N°2' is a strong Italian espresso with a nuance of dark fruit and a smooth, rich and slightly bitter aftertaste.
