Painting 'The Passage'

'The Passage' by Danish artist Doyoumindart is a fluid abstraction consisting of a series of hand-dyed paper shapes in bright red. The organic nature of the shapes as they merge into one another creates a unique sense of movement within the composition.

Doyoumindart is the alter ego of Danish artist Katrine Engman. Her artwork comes to life through a detailed process of coloring, cutting and assembling paper elements. The final work is then scanned and digitally post-processed for a clean and graphic look.

The two works you'll find in my shop today are connected by a red and gold color palette, and share the ability to captivate the viewer with visual stories told through shapes and forms.
