The Pao lamp collection is an exciting collaboration with established Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. Named after the soft, glowing shape of the traditional Mongolian Pao tents that are illuminated at night, Fukasawa wanted to capture the same atmospheric warmth and friendliness in the Pao floor lamp.
Pao is based on Fukasawa's aesthetic of beautiful simplicity; he has created an everyday object that draws on design values from nature.
The floor lamp consists of a steel base and a slender stand, the characteristic shade is also made of steel, which is highly polished and available in various neutral colors. The diffuser is made of opalescent acrylic, which provides a wide light distribution and at the same time emits a warm, homely light.
Thanks to its functionality and deliberately simple design, the luminaire is suitable for a variety of rooms and uses in private and commercial environments.
