The machine prepares fine espresso or coffee. The height between the strainer support and the drip tray is rather low, so espresso and coffee cups fit very well underneath, larger cups or latte macchiato glasses, on the other hand, do not.
The 'Quick Mill' prepares one or two portions of coffee at the touch of a button. Especially handy when we have a visit in the studio and can sit together with a fresh coffee in no time. With the steam tap you can also heat milk for the latte macchiato or water for the tea.
Also externally the 'Quick Mill' trumps with well dosed retro charm. The front and top cover are made of stainless steel and the housing of plastic - optionally in classic black or fiery red.
For those of you who want to know: The core of the construction is the legendary 'Quick Mill' instantaneous water heater. The water runs through massive copper pipes with a large cross-section. However, the water only runs when you make coffee or use the steam tap. Otherwise there is no water in the thermoblock, so that the water is always as fresh as the water in the laterally removable tank. In contrast to water heaters, you have no old and stale water, so no taste changes and decalcification problems. Descaling three to four times a year is sufficient here.
