Herb knife set

Fresh herbs make every fish, every focaccia and every gourmet happy. The Swiss knifemaker Klötzli has understood the fine art of making high-quality knives and tools and has brought them to perfection.

The herb knife comes together with a small wooden bowl made of copper beech. The small cradle knife is operated with one hand and grinds herbs and spices in the hollow of the wood.

The knife is completely modelled on the Thuner knife. The wooden bowl is also made in Thun like the original, while the blade comes from the Klötzli manufactory in Burgdorf.
