Chef and founder of Copenhagen's Noma restaurant, René Redzepi, commissioned studio David Thulstrup to design the new home of 'Noma' and a range of furniture for the new space. David Thulstrup collaborated with the label Brdr. Kruger to design a new furniture collection to complement the spirit of this new space.
The result is 'Arv': classic yet contemporary in its aesthetic, with timeless quality. 'Arv' is elegant and lightweight, yet incredibly down-to-earth thanks to its signature handcrafted accents.
The chair draws on iconic, traditional Danish design, but has a fresh energy and spirit of a new generation of design.
The 'Arv Chair' is made from solid wood and is available in a range of upholstered options that offer quite a bit of comfort, character and feel. In this version it comes without an armrest. You can also find the armchair version.
